I wanted to drop you a quick e-mail and recognize you and your staff for providing outstanding customer service. I called with a Direct TV problem and you and your staff were extremely helpful and patient as we tried to work the problem over the phone. Unable to solve the issue over the phone, I chose to drive to Omaha from Lincoln. I thought I might be met with less than an enthusiastic service person, but to the contrary I was extremely impressed with help I received.

Not one, but two of you worked hard checking and rechecking that the problem was solved. And when we discovered that the receiver was bad, you offered one of your own receivers, which I understand is not normal practice, as a loaner to ensure we had our Direct TV up and running for the weekend tailgate. No questions asked. All this to someone who does not have Direct TV was doing it for someone else. Impressive.

This kind of customer service is not easy to find, and you have laid the foundation for a repeat customer. Well done to you and your staff. ”
